All orders over 70 Lbs. are required to ship as freight

While we do our best to ensure every purchase you make is exactly what you need, occasional problems do happen. When they do, we have your back, no matter what. If there is a problem with your order, contact us right away and we will get it solved for you.

If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us right away so we can provide technical assistance or issue  return authorization instructions or a replacement. 

Sorry your purchase isn’t working for you. To start a return, please contact us and request an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number. Please follow the guidelines below to avoid any undue delays.

• Please write the RMA number on the shipping label.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in, in the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories and other contents included in the original order.
• If your order was double-boxed on arrival, it must be double-boxed when returned.
• Please avoid using duct tape or other tape that can leave a residue on the product box.
• If you would like to purchase a discounted shipping label from us to return your order, please contact us.
• If you’d prefer to buy your own return shipping label, please use a trackable shipping method. We highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance as well. We want you to be covered if anything goes wrong!
• Remember, if your order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• There is a 14 day return policy which begins on the arrival of your order
• Items that weigh over 70 lbs.are required to ship as freight, customer is responsible for freight charges unless Item is advertised "free freight"
